Translink annouces the release of its Scratcher Administration module


Hong Kong, March 24, 2009 - Translink Global Processing (Translink) a worldwide data-processing and electronic payment company, today officially announced the release of its Scratcher Administration module for the Paystar Remittance Suite.

Our Scratcher system is as universal as there are applications. Account holders can top-up their virtual or card accounts or purchase instant remittances and send money home virtually, announced Tim Wood, Vice President of Global Operations.

Our business partners are excited about the opportunities in revenue this system brings to them and their merchants, Wood added. A customer can make a purchase at their local merchant and forward the scratcher card number along with the pin to their card account or to loved ones back home via SMS, Phone, IVR or the Translink Cardholder Portal on the web. Scratchers can be used in almost any way a program needs to provide for the transferring of funds. For the Merchant, the revenue earned on each scratcher sold is instant, making it a very attractive product for their business.
