Hong Kong, July 1, 2008 - Translink Global Processing (Translink) a worldwide data-processing and electronic payment company, today officially announced the successful launch of its PaaS (Platform as a Service) Remittance Products. By using the Business Process Management (BPM) philosophy to develop a product to service our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) agreements with banks and partners worldwide, Translink has moved the global cash remittance industry into the next phase of technology.
Along with our web-based processing for direct messaging of transactions, our platform integrates telephonic messaging (SMS), email, IVR (interactive voice response), A2A, API and any other method that becomes available for communicating with clients and customers. This methodology along with our customer-facing products can provide a bank or retail vendor with the ability to provide secure real-time instantaneous transfer of funds to any person anywhere in the world connected to our service, proclaimed Tim Wood, Vice President of Global Operations.
