Hong Kong, December 22, 2009 - Translink Global Processing (Translink) a worldwide data-processing and electronic payment company, today officially announced a new subsidiary: Translink GP (EU) to provide services to the EU (European Union) countries.

TGP (EU) was formed in Middlesex, UK this month to expand Translink’s presence worldwide. TGP (EU) was formed to provide Translink with additional acquisition opportunities and services for cash remitters and their beneficiaries. In addition we will provide platform services in Europe to our clients, announced Tim Wood, Vice President of Global Operations. TGP (EU) allows our regional brand owners around the world access to a significant new market in Europe. We are beginning our operations with marketing and business development in Middlesex, England.

TGP (EU) is also announcing the formation of Transcash UK as a brand identity and marketing company for individuals and business to remit funds to any country in which Translink operates. We are excited to have Transcash UK as our initial brand owner for the EU. The company brings years of experience from the prepaid and financial services industry to the Translink family.
