Hong Kong, July 28, 2010 - Translink Global Processing (Translink) a worldwide data-processing and electronic payment company announces it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with a company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Translink has also completed implementation at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), UAE.

Translink announced today that is has signed an MOU for offering the Paystar brand in KSA and Indonesia with a new partner. The Paystar brand will provide services to consumers for international remittance, debit cards, scratchers and mobile payment services for these two countries. Translink will begin implementation services at the end of September, 2010 and is looking to launch services in the 4th Quarter, 2010, stated Tim Wood, President of Global Operations for Translink.

This MOU signing comes as Translink GP ME, Ltd completes its corporate registration in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). We are excited to have our corporate registration completed and are now officially a GCC company. This physical presence gives Translink a significant boost in its business development efforts. It also allows us to proceed with our data center build-out plans for 2010.

Our implementation at ADIB was successfully completed in June, 2010 with live production testing completed in mid-July, 2010. Translink installed production and development servers and switches into ADIB's in-house data center. With completion of this project, Translink's service provides employers in the UAE to enroll their employees in the CashQuick payroll card program and automatically upload payroll files which are submitted to the Central Bank of the UAE so that all employees are paid electronically. Translink's enrollment and payroll loading/reporting system is the only fully automated production system in the UAE that is in compliance with the Ministry of Labor and Central Bank of the UAE - Wages Protection System. In addition, Translink's Mobile Remittance services at ADIB are currently being tested and will launch in the 4th Quarter, 2010.

Translink has shown consistently the ability to accommodate our clients and adapt our services to meet local and cultural needs as we have in the UAE. added Wood.
