Translink Announces the Launch of its US Subsidiary


Hong Kong, March 5, 2009 - Translink Global Processing (Translink) a worldwide data-processing and electronic payment company, today officially announced the incorporation of Translink GP (US), Inc to provide our Card Management Systems, Mobile Payments, Remittance, Merchant and Business Vendor Payments Solutions in the United States and Central/South America.

Translink GP (US), Inc is registered as a wholly owned subsidiary in the State of Nevada, announced Tim Wood, Vice President of Global Operations. Translink has developed cutting edge proprietary technologies in debit card, cash remittance and mobile transaction processing, Wood added. This new subsidiary allows us to operate as a registered corporation and provide services to our clients with all or a portion of their business operating in the United States.

Translink GP (US), Inc. allows Translink to manage and expand its services to emerging Central and South America opportunities. Over the next few quarters Translink will devote a portion of its time and effort to develop its existing relationships in this region to offer its products and services to several banks and high growth businesses.
