Translink Global Processing, Ltd. creates S63, Inc. for US Merchant Services Technology

Las Vegas, NV - July 25, 2011 - Translink has formed a wholly owned subsidiary in the United States called S63, Inc. a Nevada Corporation. S63 provides proprietary software and technology for the Merchant Acquiring Industry.

The top ten Payment Card Processors in the USA provide services to approximately 8.5 million merchants. Visa's 2011 Registered ISO list shows there are 1,275 registered Merchant ISOs and industry statistics estimates there are over 10,000 ISO/Agent Sales Offices.

S63, Inc. was established to provide marketing and operations support for Translink's Paystar Suite – Merchant Management Module in the USA. The Paystar Suite is our in-house developed software as a service platform that provides financial services solutions to a diverse group of domestic and international institutions.

In the USA, Paystar Suite is a Merchant Management Bus with a full Merchant Services Workflow that is comprised of online and offline merchant enrollment, accepting application data, providing for full underwriting, boarding to payment processors, terminal configuration with shipping and installation. The solution also includes: inventory management, merchant reporting, appointment scheduling, risk management and ISO/Agent residuals.

S63 has contracted customers for 2011 and has a significant sales pipeline in place for 2012. Including front ending a new payment processing platform for North America.
