Translink GP (ME) Signs Marketing MOU for Qatar |

Dubai, UAE, August 30, 2011 - Translink has signed a memorandum of understanding with a marketing partner in the country of Qatar. Our partner is bringing our mobile remittance, payroll and walk-up services for immigrant workers in Qatar.
Qatar is classified as a high-income country with over 1.3 million immigrant workers, many from the following countries: Egypt, Pakistan, India, Nepal, the Philippines and Sri Lanka.
Translink is preparing to provide our Paystar Payroll Service that has been successfully operational in the UAE for the past 2-years. The Service is UAE-WPA compliant and provides employers with employee electronic debit card enrollment and payroll processing. According to Central Bank, Translink enrolled immigrant employees receiving such payroll cards can legally remit funds to their home country electronically using their mobile phones either via SMS or our mobile phone application directly from their card account. Employee Debit Cards can also be used for typical merchant Point-Of-Sale and bank ATM transactions.
Qatar banks are requesting we installing our Paystar counter-to-counter remittance services as well as providing our Payroll and Remittance services outside Qatar at their corporate affiliated branches.
We will begin in 2012 by targeting employers in Qatar for converting from cash based payroll to an electronic payroll system integrated with Remittance. Employees receiving cards can immediately begin remitting funds to registered beneficiaries in the Philippines and Nepal. We are planning to add beneficiary services for India, Sri Lanka and Pakistan by the end the first quarter or second quarter 2012.
