Translink announces agreement for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

Hong Kong, December 03, 2010 - Translink Global Processing (Translink) a worldwide data-processing and electronic payment company announces it has signed a agreement for remittance processing with the Hawala Global, Co. in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Translink announced today that is has signed an agreement for offering the Paystar brand in KSA with a new partner, Hawala Global. The Paystar brand will provide for international remittance, debit cards, scratchers, mobile payment services and additional financial products to consumers in the KSA. Hawala Global will also be providing local offices in the KSA for Translink’s support staff and development offices. Translink will begin implementation services in January, 2011 and is looking to launch services in the 1st Quarter of 2011, stated Tim Wood, President of Global Operations for Translink.

This agreement signing comes as Translink GP (ME), Ltd completes its corporate registration in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). We are excited to officially be a GCC company with offices in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. This physical presence gives Translink a significant boost in its business development and client support efforts. It also allows us to proceed with our data center build-out plans for 2011.

With the completion of our ADIB payroll services in June, 2010 and beneficiary funds transfer implementation completion in January, 2011, Translink plans on providing for full staff services capable of all support and sales services in the Middle East. Translink’s service provides employers in the UAE to enroll their employees in the ADIB payroll card program and automatically pay those employees through the Central Bank of the UAE according to the Ministry of Labor and Central Bank of the UAE - Wages Protection System requirement. In addition, those employees are then able to electronically transfer funds to beneficiary customers of foreign banks for a fraction of the cost of traditional methods and do not have to wait in line to do so.

Translink has shown consistent ability to accommodate our clients and adapt our services to meet local and cultural needs as we have in the UAE. We expect this same success in the KSA. added Wood.
